Mr Handyman Strikes Again
The room is finished. Tonight, Debbie and I got to work after Lauren went to bed and painted the playroom. I will say, I was getting nervous about our paint. We are painting a 10x10 room plus the ceiling, but the gallon of paint was getting low by the end. Turns out, that's because it goes on a thick and we won't need to do a second coat. YEA! I'm all for not having to paint anymore, it's quite the pain in the keister. I'm very tired and a little painty right now. It's the ceiling that really takes the most effort due to the awkward nature of using the roller on a pole.
On a another home improvement note, I have upgraded our TiVo from a 96 Hour Series 1 to a 457 Hour Series 2. My friend and I worked out a whole swap deal so that I could keep the lifetime subscription, get the Series 2 Tivo, and give him my Series 1. All I needed to do was buy the hard drive (a Seagate 400 GB). So now, we can watch 19 straight days of television without stopping to sleep. Is that a bit excessive?

How was the upgrade proceedure? Was there a lot of voodoo or was it pretty straight forward?
Upgrades are pretty simple as there are a lot of resources to let you know what to do and how not to screw up. I actually had my friend who has done several TiVO upgrades perform this one and it took a little over an hour.
