It's so big, it has its own zipcode

Since I am in a holding pattern right now, I thought I might do a little sight seeing here in Minneapolis. What's the one place you must visit while in the Twin Cities? Why, the Mall of America of course! This place is huge. It has 4 tiers in a square configuration. The center of the mall is a amusement park filled with 2 roller coasters, a log flume, a giant swing, a haunted house, and other type rides. I enjoyed just walking around and seeing all that was there. During my travels, I found a Cold Stone Creamery. It was like finding an oasis in the dessert .. HA! I also managed to pick up a few presents for some relatives of mine for whom Debbie and I were having a hard time figuring out what to get. So, score!
One other thing ... it struck me walking through the amusement park how much my life has changed. The revelation came to me while I passed by the Carousel and a little girl was waving hello to her parents standing at the railing. I could do nothing but smile and think of that little girl as Lauren waving to Debbie and I as she goes round and round. Just a warm fuzzy for you on this cold, snowy, very Minnesota like day.
