Baptism Pictures
Hey folks ... pictures of Lauren's baptism have been uploaded (with minor incessant nagging). Those pictures can be found here. Well, I know which one is MY favorite. It's the one where you're making the baby smile. That's one for the baby book. Speaking of which, do you guys have a baby book for Lauren?
Yes we do. I can't remember right now who gave it to us, but Debbie has been dutifully filling it out ... I think. We were also given this really cool Baby calendar. It's a normal calendar but it has no dates or anything. It comes with all these stickers and it is designed to let you keep track of nifty "firsts" during the first year of your baby's life. Things like "Umbilical cord falls off", "first trip out", "first crawled" and things like that. Debbie, too, has been dutifully keepig that up-to-date.
Eddie is giving me too much credit. I have pulled out the baby book and thought about what to write in it but nothing is there yet. I have done more with the calandar though. I completed the set up of the calandar (month stickers, filled out the dates, and put holiday and month-old stickers in it) and have some things noted. I have to try to remember if I'm missing anything before too much time passes.
I'm trying to concentrate on getting more thank you notes in the mail. I haven't sent out any since Lauren's birth. My goal is by the end of this weekend. We'll see...especially with this being Wednesday already. How did that happen? Gosh, then when that's over, to attempt Christmas cards and putting up a tree. Yeah, right! We'll just see what does and doesn't get done this year
I have the contact sheet from the roll I shot when we first came over and the baptism.
