And now for the geeks

Are you a Firefox user? If not, you should be. If you are, then you have to read this article. It highlights a bunch of extensions you can add to Firefox to enhance your browsing experience. Here is a list of the extensions I use:

IE View - Opens the page you are currently viewing in Firefox using Internet Explorer
Target Alert - Places an icon next to a link to indicate PDF, "mailto:", RSS, some recognized document type like Excel or Powerpoint.
Switch Proxy - Useful if you need multiple proxy configurations (like at work versus at home)
WeatherFox - Puts weather forecast in status bar of Firefox (better than doing that in the Windows System Tray!)

Finally, I saw this and though I haven't used it yet, it certainly looks very useful for those who need an RSS aggregator: Sage.
