In the Denver region, we started doing our census tract/municipal
employment estimates in 1976. I don't think anyone was doing them
before that time.

Subject: [CTPP] Long-term data on job locations

Hi folks --

Has anyone out there run into, used, or generated digital data going
back
as far as, say, 1950 on the location of jobs? I'm interested in
sub-county
level data, at least municipalities (or MCDs), for as many metropolitan
areas and counties as possible.

Thanks in advance.

Rolf
